Things are going well so far! I’m networking, meeting lots of great people, and learning about blogging. I spent the past week working on lots of branding materials and migrating from my desktop to my laptop. I’d like to sit in a coffee shop and run the business from there. Of course, being a new business, I need to watch my discretionary spending. Sure, I could get a plain cup of coffee, but I love those mocha-caramel-turtle-latte drinks with mint pieces and whipped cream. Then, of course, the muffins and scones look pretty good too. Before I know it, there’s close to $10.00 gone from my pocket. My branding is going well. I now have a ton of business cards, pens, and even t-shirts with my logo.
